Rooted in vintage vibes and fueled by modern hustle, we specialize in handcrafted sourdough, muffins, bagels, and bakes that are as flavorful as they are fierce. Everything is made by hand, in small batches, with ingredients we trust and passion you can taste. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just pure, carby goodness with a whole lotta attitude. We celebrate the spirit of the rebel homemaker—the pin-up with a rolling pin, the boss babe in an apron, the tired woman who still shows up and feeds her people with fire in her soul. We are proudly veteran-family operated and the unapologetically yeast-obsessed extension of Knotty Wood and Flame, where craftsmanship and chaos collide.
